At Menoch Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item is returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Items that are non-returnable include:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or made-to-order products


2. Process for Returns

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
